IMPORTANT DISTRICT

Michigan's  new 13th Congressional District is one of the most important regions in our state.  It's home to auto manufacturing plants, computer technology companies, major sports and entertainment venues, a world class airport, rural and farming communities and an international border and waterway.  It's a melting pot rich in cultural diversity and history.

Some areas of our district; however, have experienced a downturn unlike anything we've ever seen before. Morale is down and the spirits of some of our residents are broken.  Crime, violence and political corruption have robbed many communities of their potential for economic growth and development.  We can no longer continue this downward spiral.

The issues of the 13th Congressional District are both unique and complex. They require leadership that values the needs and concerns of all of its residents. They require a leader that has the skill to motivate, the knowledge to innovate and the background to effectively communicate to all it's citizens.  It requires a leader with the business and legal accumen to get the job done; aleader who will restore the respect and dignity to the office of United State House of Representatives. The leader we seek is Godfrey J. Dillard.
